    They did a good job, but $124 for an oil change. Next time I'll go to Jiffy Lube.

    We were in Louisville from out of town when my daughter's car had a serious tire and alignment issue that made it unsafe to drive. We weren't sure we could find anyone to look at it on the Saturday before Christmas. You guys not only looked at it, you had us fixed up and ready to go on Monday. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

    After having a traumatizing experience at the Hyundai dealership in town, the team at Ken Tower was truly incredible. I was able to get a same day battery appointment. They were easy to get a hold of and would call for updates so that I could easily reach them or ask any questions. They were very friendly, speedy and even able to apply a coupon after hearing the horrible experience I had earlier in the day at the dealership. I had to bring my two young kids with me and I can’t thank them enough for providing affordable, reliable service and with excellent customer service along the way. Couldn’t reccomend the enough.
