I would like to speak to someone that's in charge about this situation.

I’ve been going to Ken Towery on Dixie Highway for about two years now and have never had any issues, but I will not be recommending them to anyone else anymore. I scheduled an appointment 3 days out to get new lug nuts for my whole car, because they said they needed time to order and receive them. I show up at my appointment at 10am, and Steve humorously told me that I had to come back because the man I spoke to forgot to order the parts and schedule the appointment so I couldn’t be fit in that day (I was not amused). They call me the next day and said they got the lug nuts and I could come in at 2-3pm so they could put them on. I show up at 2pm and was told that my car would be taken in immediately and it would be done timely. We’re out killing time and 2 hours later still no call, so we go back to ask for an update (my ride had somewhere to be and we didn’t expect it to take this long). They tell me they hadn’t started on my car yet because a bigger project was taking a long time, but they would start it now. We sit in the parking lot waiting for another hour, still no call so I decide I’d just come back tomorrow. They see us leaving, call me and tell me that my car was done (it had already been for a while, I must have missed them moving it back to the lot because I was checking every 5 mins). I go in to pay and they offer no discount for any of the several inconveniences, because they “have to make sure my guy gets paid”. Please do not come here unless you have a lot of time and money to waste.

They have kept me safe safely on the road in an old car for years and I trust them totally. I highly recommend getting to know Steve at Kinta‘s On Dixie. He’s an honest, good man and they do good work.
