  The best location there is. Great service every time. I’m a woman that doesn’t know a lot about vehicles. They educate me every visit without pressure. Thank you Dixie Jiffy Lube for always looking out for me.

  Came for an oil and filter change. Due to the car being a Mercedes, they didn't want to deal with changing the air filter so they told me that they don't carry the filter for my car and I'd have to go elsewhere for that. So they marked my air filter as "good condition" when I've not had it changed since I first bought this car. Got told after taxes I'll still owe $40 after my groupon. They changed the price to $60 and told me that due to the large size of the skip plate, they had to charge me a skid plate removal fee. Mind you, this is a tiny, Itty bitty car. They also marked that I declined windshield washer fill, but they never even asked me. Yet, they marked all my other fluids are good so to decline one would just be silly. I won't be back here.

  Oh my lord we went to have the oil change Monday at Jiffy lube and I tell you those guys are the best and fast before we can even get in the waiting room and sat down good the guy came in ask what grade of oil did we want. We picked it he left back out and with and 5 minutes we were ready to go . And the workers were so nice ever one they even open the car door for us . That's the first time getting our oil changed at Jiffy lube. and it won't be the last. I gave it a 5 🌟 but I will give them a 10 🌟 🤩 ⭐️

  I went to Jiffy Lube as I have done many many times before for an oil change. I pull in and Alex (at least that what her jacket said) the tech asked what type of oil change did I want. When I asked for the price and if there was something cheaper she did answer but her response made me weary so I just stuck with the platinum package. It asked her for a coupon and she said she was unfamiliar with any coupons but would give me $15 off. She must’ve seen it in the iPad because she immediately said the coupon is for $10. When I asked her about the $15 she wouldn’t acknowledge what she said. When they start the oil change she says the person in the bay below said there was some kind of shard plate on my oil pan and that would be an extra $10 to take it off. I let her know that I’ve been bringing this same vehicle to this same location for more than a year and have never been told that. She said her boss said he wasn’t worried about it this time suggesting that in the future I’d need to be. After I restated that I’ve been bringing this same SUV to this same location since the day I bought it and never been told about a fee. She informed me that she’s only been here a couple of months so my question was what does that have to do with anything. She said I’m just doing as I was instructed. I told her it sounds like scamming to me and I’m not paying for that and if they want me to pay just put things back together and I’ll go somewhere else. Now as I sit here waiting for longer than normal and asked what’s taking so long she said the plate is on too tight! I told her they were the ones that put it on. Her attitude is terrible. She’s dry with no personality and she likes to get the last word. Not good with customers and that’s not good customer service at all. They did complete the oil change and hopefully they did it correctly but I’m never coming back to this or any other Jiffy Lube location. I started coming here for the service without an appointment and I’m paying triple the price to do so. I WILL NEVER BE BACK! I’ll have to deal with the frustration of making an appointment etc. $110 for an oil change is ridiculous when you factor in the snotty attitudes and gouging! I also think they did something to my car because they kept spraying some kind of solution on my engine that I’ve never seen before. They sprayed so much I got light headed inside the vehicle. At the end of the oil change I spoke to the tech that said it’s a new policy implemented at the end of last year. SHAME ON YOU JIFFY LUBE FOR NOT LETTING PEOPLE KNOW THIS BEFORE THEY’RE SITTING IN A BAY AT THE MERCY OF YOUR TECHS! As I said I’ll NEVER give you my money ever again. I guess that’s how you compensate for the little $10 coupon you give. People deserve better!!!! You may not miss my $100 but hopefully this review will cost you more in revenue! I’m giving a one star since that’s a low as it can go!
