  Hi, I just wanted to commend Mr. Brad Ashley for helping me with my dead key battery on a 100 degree day a few weeks back. I was totally frazzled and locked out and though I was not a customer, he gallantly took care of my request and was so super helpful! Caring assistance like Brad's is a testament not only to him, but to Wyler on Shelbyville Rd for having great employees like Brad. Thank you!

  I recently got into an accident and was directed to the shop by the insurance company. They have been nothing but wonderful to work with from setting up the estimate appointment to helping schedule the drop off and explaining the entire process to me. Any questions they are just a call away, even just for an update on the vehicle. They had my vehicle longer than they expected because the replacement parts they ordered kept coming in with scratches, some shops would still put it on because it is technically new, but they did not want to put anything less than perfect on my vehicle and return it to me in less than perfect condition. They did an amazing job and I can’t thank them enough.

  I was little hesitant to go there due to past bad shopping experience. The staff were beyond wonderful very friendly prompt and timely in service. great service and quick turnover
