They have been nothing but wonderful to work with from setting up the estimate appointment to helping schedule the drop off and explaining the entire process to me. Any questions they are just a call away, even just for an update on the vehicle. They had my vehicle longer than they expected because the replacement parts they ordered kept coming in with scratches, some shops would still put it on because it is technically new, but they did not want to put anything less than perfect on my vehicle and return it to me in less than perfect condition. They did an amazing job and I can’t thank them enough.

After multiple attempts to schedule an appointment, I was never able to take it in due to being put off week after week for paint department overhaul and staff shortages. I was told if I brought it in it would sit for weeks. I was told to call each Friday to see where they were. I asked how was I ever to get in line if they would not give me an appointment. Finally got an appointment and was told I would still be sitting for weeks. My final straw was Brad telling me to take it somewhere else and hung up on me. Thanks for the outstanding customer service Brad! Have the day you deserve.
