I had a great experience buying my car at Jeff Wyler Nissan of Louisville. Lauren, my Sales and Leasing Consultant, was wonderful to work with—professional, personable, and easy to talk to. She was clear and patient, made sure I felt heard throughout the entire process, and promptly asked for my 'must-haves' in a car, which I appreciated. Michael Sharpton, the sales manager, was very personable and straightforward about honesty and fair pricing, and never tried to give me the runaround. Everything was transparent and clearly explained. I highly recommend Jeff Wyler Nissan of Louisville for your next car purchase, but I can also vouch for Lauren and Michael to anyone who wants to make sure they feel heard and cared for when buying a car.

Duane ensured I found a car that was the right fit and included all of the features I was looking for. Dylan and Michael worked hard to help me find a deal that fit my desired budget. The transparent and timely service that I received is unmatched. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle!

Hi, my name is Betsy! Yesterday I was helped by Robert, and I just want to say he was absolutely amazing. He made the whole buying process super easy, explained everything clearly, and treated me with patience and professionalism. I felt very comfortable and confident with my purchase thanks to him. I truly love my new car, and the experience at Jeff Wyler was excellent from start to finish. I definitely recommend Robert and the entire team! 🚗✨ Thank you again!

My sales experience at Jeff Wyler was great, but the customer service afterward has been extremely disappointing. About 6,000 miles into owning my used ’23 Mazda (now at only 31,000 miles), I discovered major brake issues that should not be happening on a car with such low mileage. When we bought the car, communication was already an issue. We were told to wait one day for the inspection, but right before driving over an hour to pick it up, we were informed it would actually be another day because they needed to order new tires. We appreciated the tires, but better communication would have gone a long way. Fast forward to last week: we replaced all four tires because we got a hole in a side wall and went ahead and upgraded and the mechanics showed me the brakes—warped rotors, hotspots, and worn pads. There is absolutely no reason for a full brake job at 31,000 miles, especially when I’ve only put 6,000 of those miles on. I called the dealership multiple times. I was transferred, sent to voicemail, told I’d get a call back that never came, and basically given the runaround for a week. When someone finally did call me back, they told me I was wrong. I requested the UCI, which showed the brake pads at 6mm all around—which isn’t accurate because front pads wear much faster. When I pointed that out, I was told the pads were “new,” which is false since new pads are 10–12mm. Instead of addressing that, they just repeated that they couldn’t do anything. Eventually, they told me I could drive over an hour (during Thanksgiving week) so they could “look at it,” but at this point I don’t even trust them to give an honest assessment. After a week of being ignored, brushed off, and talked in circles, I decided to pay for the brake job myself. I’ve spent months recommending Jeff Wyler to people because the buying experience was solid, but this entire ordeal has completely changed my opinion. They’ve lost a customer, and we had planned to purchase a second vehicle soon. On a positive note, Rachel at corporate was extremely helpful—but unfortunately, the dealership is the one who makes the decisions, and they dropped the ball.

Submitted details of my 2023 Kia Telluride in pristine condition to sell on KBB. KBB gave me an estimate/cash offer of $27,434. Katlyn at Jeff Wyler Nissan texted me and said they would offer $30,733. I drove over (with an appointment scheduled). First, I had to wait because no one was available to help me. Then they looked at my car but never even drove it. Told me they agreed it was in pristine condition, but needed new tires, brakes, and rotors. How can they know that with not driving it and simply walking around it for 5 minutes? Ended up offering me $27,000ish, more than $3,000 less than their texted offer.Be prepared for a BAIT AND SWITCH if you submit for vehicle appraisal with Jeff Wyler Nissan in Louisville!
