Extremely annoying dealership and the salesman was dishonest.. I called about one vehicle which was supposed to have no wrecks. They send me a video and it’s obviously been wrecked. I ask them and they say “they didn’t know”. It was OBVIOUSLY wrecked the rear bumper was crunched in. I tell them I’m not interested. They then to proceed to call and email me CONSTANTLY asking if they can find me another vehicle. If a customer doesn’t respond after a call and an email maybe stop contacting them.

I had a very great experience, Austin was able to fit me in the day I called. He was showing me what I needed service on my car . He also showed me how I could get all the worked out. He was very kind and professional. Just before I left, he asked me if he could vacuum out my car. He was absolutely wonderful. The world needs more people that care, just like Austin.

I went last night to see what kind of deal we could work out if I were to purchase the car I’ve been eyeing and Malik was the salesperson I’ve been talking to and he is very kind and helpful. Very good communicator from the texting at the beginning when I expressed interest in the car through my entire experience last night. To give some context, I have a Nissan that is a premium model that I bought 10 years ago, It works great, still going strong, I drive a lot less than I used to so I’ve hung onto this car. I had some financial issues when I got that car, and to be honest my credit is not the best now, but it’s better than it was when I purchased the one I have now (and I was still able to come out with a reasonable price). The finance guy that was working last night, on 2/18/26, is a fraud straight up and there’s no other way to say it. I know he wanted to take advantage of my situation. I wanted Kelley Blue Book for my car, It needs an oil change and some floor mats, otherwise it’s in great shape and it’s worth $2400. He tried to tell me that the transmission is completely shot (I’m sure to try to scare me into buying the new car). What he doesn’t know is that when I went to have maintenance done on my car for upkeep, I had the transmission tested to be safe and all markers were good. At that point, I was done. I will not do business with people like that. When I got home I compared the sheet he had given me of the breakdown versus what is advertised. The car is listed at $25k, he had it listed for me at $28k (Asking price before taxes etc.). He did not add the discount for graduates that I should’ve gotten, He even listed a lower price than he offered me for my current car…The whole thing was a total mess and I feel bad for people who don’t know how scandalous these people can be. This condescending crook wanted me to pay $800 a month for 75 months!!!!!! So $60,000 for a $25,000 car. While I know I’m not in the best situation right now, shame on him for trying to scare me with the issues he made up about my car, and shame on him for trying to take advantage of people. I thought about asking who took care of me last night so that I could add his name to this review, but I’ve wasted enough of my time there. Tall, gangly, full of air….you’ll know if he comes your way.

If I could rate this place a negative 1000, I would. This service center is scamming and ripping people off. The technicians all need to be fired and replaced with professional car repair specialist. My mother has gotta an oil change numerous of times and suddenly goes to this service center to be told she has to pay $600 for an oil pan and wires. She went in for a simple $80 oil change that’s it and all. My mother is a border line diabetic and they had her sitting their for 5 1/2 hours because after they damaged her oil pan the technicians refused to fix it and another manager had to be called in to even make them complete the job. While waiting in the lobby, multiple people had complaints about service and one customer was there because they messed her car up so bad she was offered a year package of free services. This place is a nightmare. The managers or whoever is the owner of this place needs to clean house before lawsuits and other things come about. I’m definitely reporting them to the BBB.

If I could give a 0 I would. We live in Indiana & had scheduled an oil change at 1:40.We called at 12:45 to see if they had a shuttle to the mall down the road & he said yes they had one but he wasn't sure how late it was running since it's NYE. We drove over there (40 minutes)& across tolls bridge only to find out when we got there they couldn't do oil change cuz their system was down,I explained to her we drove 40 minutes & she said we can't look up your care package, I toldbher we'd pay this time she said they couldn't take money. So I asked could they do oil change & I'd wait there til it came back up to pay or use my free one,she said no! Never 1 time apologized or acted like she cared. This is despicable especially since they said it had been down several hrs & we talked to them at 12:45 before we left!! This was on December 31st,2025. I accidentally wrote Coyle Nissan so I copied it for Jeff Wyler Nissan- Shelbyville rd
