After some more back and forth negotiations the $2,100 somehow disappeared and when we asked about it we were told that it has not been put on yet and we would not be charged for it. We'll that did not make too much since to me and thought they were being dishonest with us, so after several hours in the dealership we walked out and did not feel right about buying a vehicle from them. Honestly goes a long way and we felt they were being dishonest. Over the years we have taken our vehicles in for service and had never had a problem, but it seems like the sales department needs a little more training in the Honestly department before we will be back.
