Salesman Twan was easy to deal with and did a good job. No complaints there. The person I have heartburn with was the finance guy, Will. He really put on the hard sell for additional warranties and packages that would have taken a $340 a month payment and taken it as high as over $500. That's fine, you should ask the customer once and when he says "No", you move on. Instead he got visibly frustrated, leaned back in his chair and said "I don't know why you wouldn't do this" and asked over and over again until it became very uncomfortable. Unprofessional. From my position, I should have said "ask one more time and we leave" but I didn't because the car wasn't for me. Also was charged a higher interest rate than published by Honda (credit score 855) because they discounted the car a bit. Nothing from Honda says that there is a connection between sale price and interest rate charged. Anyway, not impressed with this part of the deal and certainly don't recommend the finance guy to anyone.

Recently bought a car within a single trip. Had a great experience working with Kel Lovers. Kel has such a great attitude toward life and made my wife and I feel at ease. We were able to go in and get the exact car we wanted with all of the accomodations we could ask for, and all in just one visit. Jeff Wyler Honda helped us do business, but Kel made us feel the most at ease I’ve ever been while purchasing a vehicle.

I had a great experience working with Noah. He was professional, patient, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Even when I had some concerns, he remained respectful and helpful, which made a big difference.
While I did experience a bit of discomfort during an interaction with another team member, that was more related to my own disappointment with securing a bette deal not Noah’s service. The head manager also stepped in to help address my concerns which I truly appreciated.
Overall, Noah provided excellent service, and I would definitely recommend working with him!

I've always had my beloved Honda serviced at Honda service centers. Even though my job required me to travel to different states, I never stopped using Honda service centers. But this was the best service provider I've ever been to. I had the opportunity to meet truly wonderful people. I was constantly provided with information. They even sent me a video of my car after a detailed inspection without me even asking. It was a truly fantastic experience. Especially Kriss Brodie, who works in the service department. Thank you again for your attention. As a foreigner in America, this was the best service I've received. Thank you Jeff Wyler Honda Auto Mall and especially Kriss Brodie.

I bought a 2021 Dodge ram rebel for 41,000. The next day it did not start. They had me do everything as far as leg work to get it towed to a dealership close to where I live in indiana. This has been 2 weeks so far and I have no vehicle. They won't pay for a rental and have made zero efforts to even keep me informed. Robert is the manager of used car sales. I've talked to him one time over a week ago and he threw a fit because I was angry and used a curse word. Telling me first things first, you are not going to swear at me! Haven't heard from him since. He is supposed to be the one in charge of this. Still, I have no idea when the truck is supposed to be fixed and gotten nothing from them. If I could, I would have never went to this place. I just want my money back at this point and they won't do that either. I'm expected to just wait weeks or months. Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had on a purchase. These guys don't care once you sign the dotted line. Sold me a lemon and expected me to be happy about it.
