The dealership completed all of the paperwork under the wrong VIN and failed to register the vehicle until I followed up two months later. It also seemed like they were unfamiliar with handling registrations using military orders. Even now, I still haven’t received the corrected paperwork, and communication from the manager, salesman, and finance department has completely dropped off. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the initial purchase experience was smooth; the salesman wasn’t pushy and treated me respectfully.

She was super sweet and explained everything well considering I am new to purchasing a car. The finance manager was super funny and kind and didn't try to pressure us into purchasing any extras that we didn't want. The only negative thing I can say is when we (my mom and I) first saw all of the finances, there was a hidden small text of $2000 which was wyler care and some other protection plan thing. We had to negotiate to get that extra $2000 off but after that issue, things went smoothly. They went as far as to get a car from the ohio location delivered to the lousville location and I appreciate that so much! All in all, it was a great experience and I love my car! No issues and I got exactly what was advertised!! Love Danielle, Love the finance manager, and the other manager I am not sure what his name is Lol. But the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful!
