- ARAshley R4 days ago2.0Goodyear is conveniently located and they accept appointments. I am unimpressed with the service. I would not use them for a big service, simply because of their pricing. I did ask them to check my tire, because I was regularly losing air. I made an appointment, and waited for about an hour for them to tell me there was nothing in my tire. Less than two weeks later, my tire was losing air again. I made another appointment. At this appointment, they did find metal in my tire and patched it. The price was affordable at $25, but I do not think a 1+ hour wait to patch a tire, with an appointment, is high-quality customer service.

Arranged AAA towing then contacted this Goodyear shop based on the recommendation of a friend who used them for years. The shop took my truck and had a diagnosis (failed water pump) by 9am Saturday. They called with an update at 5:30pm that I needed a new belt tensioner. They promised to finish by noon Monday. They called at 10:15 Monday saying truck was ready. Great communication, professional, accurate estimates, competent technicians. Everything I was hoping to receive!

So if you're looking for friendly support to take your car, I do not recommend to take a here. And if they're not friendly at the desk, then just imagine what they can do to your car.
