Took my daughter's friends car here since they are in college in the Louisville Area and know nothing about automotive repair. Made the appointment over the phone and explained I lived in SW Ohio and would be driving over to drop the vehicle off. TOTAL professionalism. Had a noon appointment, dropped the car off, no issues, no haggling, service manager listed to my concerns, asked him to check all the tires for any issues and inflate to proper PSI. Left the vehicle and had lunch, maybe 75 minutes later, I received a phone call. Vehicle was done being repaired. Found a nail in the tire. Repair was made, vehicle was ready for pickup, open until 6:00pm. $26.94. That's it. Great people to deal with in person and over the phone. If you are local resident, I would STRONGLY recommend this repair facility to you and your loved ones. Thank you again for taking care of us!

Being a customer on and off for 3 decades earns you the right to be ripped off at Goodyear on Bardstown Road. Good to know!
I left my car for an appointment early this morning. They were quick to call me at 8am and tell me that my flat tire could not be patched or repaired that the damage from driving on a flat tire was too great. They quoted me $279 to replace the tire. When I inquired if they could use the tire i had saved from the last time I blew out a tire on a road hazard (and was forced to buy 2 new ones in West Virginia, leaving one used but still good tire to tote home and store in my garage). I was informed that it is against Goodyear policy to put a used tire on a car. Okay. Fine.
So I picked up my car. (The guy at the desk looked a little sheepish I must say.)
Drove my car on the spare to Etscorn’s Tire Pros and Auto Care down the street where they could make use of my used but good tire. Yay.
I had them check the flat tire. Yes, it was repairable. They repaired my tire with the leak and charged me $33. It drives fine now. They earned my business today. Fail for Goodyear.

It was quick and easy, and the service from the person in charge was good. I would recommend it 100%.
