    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE for the love of God DO NOT use this company. As many others have said, they will give you the run around and you will be chasing your damn tail. Initially I dropped my car off to be repaired, when I picked it up it was visibily not fixed correctly in multiple different areas. I took my car back a 2nd time and overly explained to multiple employees the MULTIPLE things that werent fixed the first time. They said they would get my car done in a days time...you guessed it, it wasnt. I did not have my car for a week and a half. It gets better, once I picked my car up a 2nd time...THE CORRECTIONS STILL WERENT FIXED. Oh, not to mention I now had 2 additional things wrong with my car that werent there the first time I picked it up. The employees will in fact be very friendly but they will NOT get the job done. Im trying to help you save your money, time, and stress. FIND A DIFFERENT BODY SHOP!

    My girlfriend had a minor fender bender back in October. They had her car for 3 months and when she finally got it back, the same day her tire went COMPLETELY flat and had a screw sticking out of it. More than likely was done when they pulled it out of the shop because she drove it 3 miles and immediately started losing air. Luckily we were able to get it plugged but we even paid an extra fee they tacked on “tire betterment”. They somehow messed up the paint in an area that wasn’t even damaged and tried to cover it up but did a horrible job. They gave her the nonstop runaround of them telling her that she could pick her car up and when she got there they said it wasn’t ready and to come back in a couple hours. She did just that, but it was still another week before she got it back. Now we’ve discovered they didn’t even put all of her door panel screws back on. 7 were missing. Another part was thrown in the trunk that we never knew what it went to and figured it out today. Not to mention they had the car for over 3 months and every week after a month they would tell her it’d be the next day, then in 2 days and so on. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They’re a joke.

    The service from Ashley at the front desk was excellent. All of my questions was answered and my vehicle looked great when Daniel walked the vehicle with me upon pickup. I would recommend Gerber to my family and friends.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 10 stars, I would. I’m a single father of four, so losing my truck in an accident was a major blow to our daily life — carpools, work, sports, everything came to a halt. Every other collision center I called told me it would be months before they could even look at my vehicle. Then I called Gerber Collision, and from the very first conversation, I knew I had found the right place. Ashley, the customer service rep who answered, was the calm in one of the most stressful moments of my life. She treated me like a human, not just another job number. She got me scheduled right away and even helped me secure a rental big enough for four car seats — something I had already failed to do after calling over a dozen rental companies on my own. She made it happen. From the moment I dropped off my truck, the entire team kept me updated, stayed proactive, and simply made things happen. When Chevy sent the wrong parts — which caused a delay and ran out my rental insurance coverage — Gerber stepped in immediately. Without hesitation, they contacted Enterprise and covered the rental themselves so my kids and I wouldn’t be stranded. That kind of service is rare. They are honest, caring, and stand-up people. In my 20 years of driving, this has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a collision center. To everyone at Gerber — especially Ashley — thank you. You didn’t just fix my truck. You helped a dad keep life moving for his kids.
