Was good compared to most shops but the information was a little miss leading. The estimate was scheduled without 1.5 weeks but when I first called the information provided seems to have been miss-leading to encourage scheduling with this shop. Actual estimate... Was quick and professional. Scheduling the drop off in the shop... again from the first call this was a bit miss-leading. Again I assume to encourage use of the shop. It was still the following week but not as communicated on the first call. Instead later in the week and I needed it to be a drop off as they wanted schedule that mid-day... Do they not know people work. So, instead I used the drop box and walked to the car rental place. Follow ups... This has so far been a really weak spot. I dropped off on a Thursday morning at 7:15am in the drop box. I hear nothing since so called at 8:20am the next Tuesday morning. It sounds like the car "might" be ready today?? Some follow up after drop off really would be nice. I guess we will see how that goes following that call (I had to initiate). Repairs... This is still pending....
