Both of the calipers on my breaks lost a bolt at the same time while I was driving, I called this shop (they replaced my brakes and rotors) and they said they couldnt take a look at it until wednesday at the earliest ( i called on a monday ) So i took it to another shop where they showed me what First Class Auto didnt do correctly. I called First Class to discuss reimbursement and they told me I would have to pay to have it towed back to the shop and the only way i could be reimbursed is if they fixed it. Shame because I had great interactions before this.

I always feel like I'm getting the best when I know he's working on my car. My car warranty place brought me to them and it's worked so far. Again, I give coery so much praise and respect. He has to go through a lit dealing with the public but he handles it like a pro.
