  I am writing to share a cautionary experience regarding this company. I strongly advise exercising extreme vigilance with your bank accounts and credit cards if you engage with them. In my experience, regardless of explicit instructions, they processed transactions using whichever card they chose, whenever they chose. This led to highly unprofessional conduct, as they repeatedly charged my personal card despite my clear requests for them to use my business card. I recommend avoiding this company. Google will not let me reply to their reply. There is no need to reach out. The damage was already done and simply explained in the review. That’s what happened. I have a $0 balance and all receipts, if I’m charged again moving forward I’ll purse legal action. Simple.

  10/10 Experience! I recently rented a vehicle from this location, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. John K was outstanding—his communication was excellent from start to finish, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. The truck itself rode a little rough, but John’s professionalism and customer service more than made up for it. As long as John is renting trucks, I’ll keep coming back to this store. Highly recommend!
