I make a reservation, confirm the reservation the night before, only to be told an hour before I'm supposed to pick it up that they don't have a car for me. They told me they "should" have one by 12:30. I needed it at 11:00. I can't depend on a "should," so I canceled and now have to scramble to find another rental in less than an hour. They know how to TAKE a reservation, they just don't know how to KEEP a reservation. That's the most important part.
