Car booked well in advance and was not available at pick-up (as if that were MY problem to resolve). Given another vehicle with a half full tank and told to bring it back like that 👀. Contacted customer support who told me that someone would reach out to me in 20 minutes. Two hours go by and no call. I call again and this time I am told the managers are out for the weekend. I was then advised by escalations that because I did not rent from the airport that they could not help me. Surreal experience. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.*UPDATE* after doing what was requested by Heather, I still have no answer and no help. Insufficient help at a rental car company over a WEEKEND...it's crazy.

I can't say enough great things about what they did as well as their overall courtesy. Got a customer for life here!
