    I do not recommend relying on the Interairs application, booking appointments through it, visiting their office, or contacting them by phone or at the airport. The experience was a complete waste of time. Unreasonable requirements were requested without any prior notice through the app or by phone, and you are surprised with policies and rules that were never mentioned before. I strongly do not recommend dealing with them in any way.

    I will never rent from Enterprise again. The staff had a level of unprofessionalism that I don't think will ever be matched. Car booked well in advance and was not available at pick-up (as if that were MY problem to resolve). Given another vehicle with a half full tank and told to bring it back like that 👀. Contacted customer support who told me that someone would reach out to me in 20 minutes. Two hours go by and no call. I call again and this time I am told the managers are out for the weekend. I was then advised by escalations that because I did not rent from the airport that they could not help me. Surreal experience. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.*UPDATE* after doing what was requested by Heather, I still have no answer and no help. Insufficient help at a rental car company over a WEEKEND...it's crazy.
