I had a bad fall during my rental and couldn’t put gas back in the car due to my injuries but Paige said not to worry about as I hadn’t used very much anyway. The car was very clean and pick up and return were very quick and easy. I highly recommend Enterprise.

- XDX DOct 3, 20251.0Rented a compact SUV. Just after leaving the lot I noticed it was filthy. The windshield and front end was caked with highway bug debris. The side windows hadn't been washed at all. The interior had been halfheartedly vacuumed with debris in the floorboards. The console cup holders had crud in them. I called the location manager and asked if they had something else that could be swapped out for because it didnt appear to have been cleaned. They didnt have another vehicle available and offered to "reclean" it. And kept smugly correcting me that it had been cleaned which was beside the point. Whether it had or rather been halfheartedly cleaned doesnt address the problem. The problem is its filthy. When advised I didnt have time because of my travel schedule to wait on them to clean something they should have in the first instance. He smugly corrected me again that it had been cleaned before pick up and thats all he intended to do. When asked for his managers name or the regional managers name, he refused to provide it. This is the second experience like this I have had renting from enterprise. Its ridiculous.
