- KSKash ShaikhJan 4, 20261.0This whole operation is awful. We checked in 24 hours early on the app, and after a long flight, went straight to the garage for pickup. And for some reason, the Louisville airport enterprise staff voided our rental. The manager said it was an accident. There were no other customers and hundreds of available cars, yet the manager and staff could not figure it out. We had to waste nearly an hour waiting and then ended up having to make a completely new reservation. Never seen a booking disappear in 25 years of renting cars around the world. Enterprise has gone down hill. Never will use them again
