    I have a reservation at enterprise rental car inside the Louisville international airport and when I got there a representative called Maggie refused to handle me my reservation and my rental car key … why because she said that o don’t remember my very old address on their company profile and because of that I’m not getting any car from her… I requested a supervisor his name was Henry and of course he said the exact same thing… A lack of respect,customer service and professionalism and finally someone showing you that you are somebody at least and really wanted to help …. No more business with enterprise rental car at all at any cost .

    Kristina did a great job helping us prepare for our trip! We appreciated her help and good cheer picking up our reservation. Super knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience simple and straightforward.

    They turned what could’ve been a awful day completely around, after a mess with road side, having to ride in a tow truck 1:40 minutes away to get a rental replacement after mine went down. This place went above and beyond to get me in a replacement, and to my appointment I desperately need to be to. From the service center to the airport pickup location, they were very polite and didn’t waste a minute. Still made it to my appointment with time to spare, I’d like to give a honorable mention to the driver who came and got me from the service center Jerry, that man deserves a raise if he’s in for one. If I was in Louisville with no choice but to rent a car, I would come here every time. Thank you for turning a hectic experience into a day of blessings. 10/10 would recommend.

    Had a great experience renting from them for a weeklong trip. Checkout was smooth and they were super helpful. Check in went fast and Henry was friendly and quick to provide support. Would recommend.

    Only leaving 1 star because I have to for a review. Do not ever use the Louisville KY enterprise car rental at the airport. The older man with nasty black teeth working the front is very rude & out of it about whats going on there. Awful experience.
