  I wouldn't use them....was very dissatisfied with how they handled my deposit. Had 3 people telling me they did the same thing for over a week then said it would be another 3 to 5 business days to sort it out. Not a happy customer

  My card was giving me issues and they were nice enough to wait until I was able to figure it out, as well as making sure I had everything I needed. They even double checked the following day to make sure I was satisfied with my experience. This is, and has been, my preferred rental spot.

  I would give 5 stars BUT I THINK THE WAIT IS RIDICULOUS. YOUVE GOT ONE POOR PERSON ANSWERING PHONES CLEANING THE CARS FILLING THEM WITH GAS GETTING PEOPLE CHECKED OUT AND READY TO GO. AND YOU MAY HAVE 4 OR 5 PEOPLE WAITING THAT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT FAIR TO THE PERSON DOING THE JOB. EITHER OPEN CERTAIN LOCATIONS ON CERTAIN DAYS WITH AT THE VERY LEAST 2 PEOPLE OR CLOSE CERTAIN LOCATIONS FOR GOOD WHERE YOU HAVE MORE THAN 1 PERSON WORKING AND THE MORE PEOPLE THE QUICKER THEY GET OUT. The gentleman that helped my hubby and I was amazing he gets 200 stars but sorry corporate you get 2 your being unfair to your employees and customers you neec to do better wayyyy wayyyy better
