The employee who assisted me was incredibly rude and showed a complete lack of customer service(it was a girl but I don’t remember her name ). To make matters worse, they tried to sell me an additional insurance policy, implying that if anything happened to the car—even if it wasn’t my fault—I would be charged the full amount. I found this to be an unethical practice and it left a very bad impression. As a frequent customer, I had never had such a bad experience before I do not recommend this place.

He was patient, respectful, and made the whole rental process very smooth from start to finish. The branch is spotless, and the car lot looks updated and organized almost every day. You can tell he takes real pride in running a professional, customer-focused operation. I highly recommend. Thank you Aaron.
