The employee who assisted me was incredibly rude and showed a complete lack of customer service(it was a girl but I don’t remember her name ). To make matters worse, they tried to sell me an additional insurance policy, implying that if anything happened to the car—even if it wasn’t my fault—I would be charged the full amount. I found this to be an unethical practice and it left a very bad impression. As a frequent customer, I had never had such a bad experience before I do not recommend this place.

He was patient, respectful, and made the whole rental process very smooth from start to finish. The branch is spotless, and the car lot looks updated and organized almost every day. I called to make a payment on my rental, yet they still filed for repossession of the car. On top of that, I was falsely accused of leaving a car dirty and stained — something I did not do. I know other customers with much higher balances who were not placed on the Do Not Rent list, which makes this treatment feel extremely unfair. The customer service used to be friendly and professional, but since the old staff were replaced, interactions have been frustrating and dishonest. The new manager, Aaron, in particular, was manipulative and refused to work with me, despite my attempts to resolve the situation. This experience has been disappointing and stressful, and I will be considering other rental companies in the future. Enterprise needs to improve honesty, consistency, and customer care.
