    The company I worked for uses this Enterprise location for vehicle rentals, and the rental in question was made under the company’s account. After an accident occurred, instead of coordinating with my employer, they placed a hold on my personal profile. I only discovered this when I later attempted to rent a car for a personal trip. Rather than following the proper process, they took the easiest route instead of the correct one.

    Excellent crew and team. I was in and out within 15 minutes of waiting. Rented a mid-size vehicle, MAZDA 3 😁. Super sweet and nice get up. Rented for 1 week, Monday to Monday. However I ended up keeping it til Thursday morning before returning it. Not ONCE did they call and ask as if Concerned, nor to keep calling exhibiting harassment. This was a HUGE PLUS to me. Sure my $300 deposit dwindled to $9.96 return, yet it was worth it. Bardstown Road location across from Thornton's.
