    We rented a van, it was very clean and the drop off was easy. The manager was very helpful some of our paperwork that we needed as well!

    I visited this location on 10-19-25 with a reservation from my insurance company. The clerk there seemed like I was an interruption to their day, & approached helping me with the enthusiasm of paying a fine. After taking my information, I was told they wouldn't have anything until the next day at the earliest, & I would get a call then. Well, its now the fourth day since that visit, & I have had no follow-up in any form, not even to tell me they still don't have anything, or to suggest trying another location. A complete failure of customer service.

    Deceitful and rude, and no I'm not going to go to any website to describe anything, reach out to me. These people tried give me a vehicle with expired registration, and were not upfront about pricing when I spoke to them on the phone. Too dumb to read the review I see, no wonder you couldn't read the expired registration on the car you tried to rent me.
