I made one phone call to reserve, asked if there were any issues adding adult children to the rental and got an answer. Picking the car up and returning it was effortless. The extra mile was getting a phone call notifying me that our insurance had stopped coverage 3 days earlier, then offering to put the extension request in for me, in hopes that it would go through...that was the kind of service I needed during all this holiday stress. At the risk of sounding like a grumpy Gen X'er, easy, kind and helpful customer service sometimes feels like a thing of the past. This team has it figured out. Thank you!
