    Only called for one thing. Called ahead of time prior to me driving 45 minutes to this location over an Autel TS900 scanner, spoke to the manager to which he told me there was one in stock, asked him if he was sure before I make the drive, he confirmed, arrived 45 minutes later only for him to tell me it wasn't actually in stock because it was ordered for somebody else. If it was for somebody else that's not a problem, but why show it's in stock and then confirm it to me? Avoid these guys.

    All the workers and management were very friendly and patient allowing me to get a tow truck and stay warm while I wait. Definitely earned my customer loyalty

    6.5 hour wait time and still waiting on delivery to a very large commercial chain shop that's 2.5 miles away! We buy almost every part we get from this location and we wait all day, literally, on parts that are in "direct delivery." We are almost certainly the biggest commercial account this location has and this is the support we recieve. **UPDATE** So after waiting 7 hours for AZ to deliver the heater hose we called another parts store that's about 8 miles away and ordered the part and they were here in 35 minutes dropping off the part. We are currently still waiting to see if AZ will show up with the part! As of now it has been 7 hours and 35 minutes and they still have not shown up. **2nd UPDATE** AZ called us and said the hose that shows 2 in "direct delivery" did not show up! 8 hours of waiting on the part only to be told your still not getting the part! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! ALL I CAN SAY AT THIS POINT IS WOW!

    Guy tried to hustle me. I've owned my vehicle for over 8 years now. Lived in the Pacific North West for 6 of those years, moved to Kentucky 2 years ago. I had used this brand of wiper blade for years without incident, but I wanted to see if I could trust them, and so I acted as if I was confused as to what wiper size and so forth that I needed. One of them fell hard for the bait and tried to hustle me. One of the other workers tried to be helpful, but the man who was trying to sell me these blades, a dark haired man with glasses and a Western Asian Indian/Pakistani accent, suddenly sends the other fellow away, and then tells me that I don't have the right wiper blade for my car. The one I have is wrong. I double down, "so this won't work on my car?" "No, no" he says, "I need this one here"... This one here that just happens to cost $9 more than the one I pulled out. The brand I've used successfully for years, again, IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST (it rains there a lot!), was wrong and I needed to buy a premium brand. For anyone not sure, this is fraud. He didn't say the more expensive one was superior, or that it goes better or last longer...NO...he SAID that the blades I've always used WOULDN'T WORK. Another word for this is a lie. Auto Zone on Shelbyville Rd. lies to your face if they think you're dumb enough. All told, I will NEVER trust this location again and I would warn anyone who does not really know what they need to avoid this location if you value your money at all.
