I am currently a Store Manager at AutoZone, so I fully understand customer service standards and expectations. From the beginning, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I politely asked for permission to use one of the customer computers to quickly check some information, and instead of explaining the policy respectfully, he responded in a dismissive manner. Later, my brother asked for assistance locating Freon for his vehicle. Rather than helping us or walking us to the product, the manager simply pointed in a direction without any effort to assist. When we asked another employee, it became clear that they were unsure where the product was located. Additionally, the manager was not wearing a name tag, which made it impossible to identify him or address the issue appropriately. Overall, the manager showed a lack of professionalism, poor attitude, and no willingness to help customers. This experience was very disappointing and does not reflect the level of service customers should expect.
