    Went in needing a battery. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Alex, the technician, was great!! Overall really good experience.

    Overall not a great rating. Because overall ahhh. Young man Jonathan is fabulous if you need help he will go above and beyond. Even if he isn’t sure how to work a machine he will give it 110%. While the manager she will try to convince you she doesn’t know how to operate machine because she’s a manager. Doesn’t make much sense to me but as she said since she’s a manager she hast been trained to use them. If I was rating Jonathan he would definitely have 5 stars

    So I went there and purchased a brake light for my car. I asked the “manager” if he could install it and he said no that the other guy outside would have too. So I walked outside and asked the guy. He finished what he was doing then went in the store. I’m “assuming” he went to get tools…but I was wrong. I re-enter the store and asked if he can put my brake light in. He walked to my car looked at the light and said I don’t know how to do it let me ask my “manager.” Same guy asks the “manager” then exits the store and tells me he will be out in 2 minutes. I waited 5 minutes and nobody ever came out. My first mind said to go to another location but no I had to go and now I’m at home looking on YouTube so I can do it myself!!

    I am only picking a three star review because I am not thrilled with most of my interactions at this location. If I am reviewing the interactions with a gentleman named Jonathan. I would’ve gave it a five star review. He hasn’t been trained on how to use the alternator machine…(why aren’t they NOT training employees how to use the machines? More specifically when the manager tries to explain to me that she didn’t know how to use the machine because she was a manager? Seriously she wasn’t helping her case. But she was a manager!?!***) He said his first go round with it didn’t work out so great but the night I was in there, he helped me and my brother‘s girlfriend get the alternator on the machine and we tested it. Successfully! Jonathan if you’re not in there I will shop elsewhere! I returned about two weeks later because a friend‘s car battery kept dying so we went to test his battery and I had a headlight out. Thankfully, Jonathan was there that night and he helped me attempt to figure out why the bulb wasn’t working and we also got the battery tested and it was fine. Jonathan thank you thank you thank you! My advice to anyone going into this location? Jonathan works evenings and he is incredible.

    Without a doubt one of the worst shopping experiences I e ever had in my life! I purchased parts for my car a couple of weeks ago. Having twin baby girls I just have had time to install them and found that they were not the right parts. I went to the store where I purchased them wanting to exchange them, but the employee told me he could not return them because they were not in the system when he pulled up my account. Although I am certain I entered my phone number so I would get points for my purchase. And proceeded to tell me he couldn't do a exchange or return without a receipt which I did not think I needed for an exchange and told me I needed to go back to the store I purchased them at, return the item, then drive back there because the other store didn't have them in stock, another 40 minute round trip to exchange my parts for the correct parts. I wasn't the one that screwed up and sold someone a part that didn't fit. The employees name was Raymond, the assistant store manager I believe. I am livid that I have to be inconvenienced so grossly to exchange the parts they screwed up. I will not be stepping foot in another AutoZone as long as I live. They've lost a loyal customer. I'm spending my money elsewhere.
