Refused to honor a warranty and threatening to call to police. When I asked my broken part that had a life warranty on it to be replaced, he asked me to leave the store and threatened me to call the police. He asked his employee to call the police. His employee came back to him whispering discreetly, he told him with a high voice “I told you to call the cops”. Poor employees. When I told him that I had his name and would report his behavior, he responded that he had my contact too

Over the years, I have always had great experiences with AutoZone and this time was no different. Andrew, Allen G. and the rest of the staff took great care of us. They were a huge help in getting our new car battery installed and us back on the road. Thank you Autozone for always helping us out!
