He did put a tiny crack in my windshield after getting the passenger side to finally come off. It was an accident though. Luckily the crack hasn't gotten any bigger.

- THTimothy HornOct 25, 20251.0Well the problem I have with this place and many other places, AutoZone sales auto parts. Correct they are not mechanics. However when they wash their hands of a question like they were doctors prescribing pain pills. It makes me wonder why don't we just allow the manufacturers of automobiles to sell parts to us and leave the middleman out so that way when we have a question simple like how would I test my fuel pump to see if it's bad? Then maybe we could get a better answer then well I'm not a mechanic I wouldn't be allowed to tell you that. Because some people don't want to always go to mechanic because they can't afford those things. If we all throw our hands up in the air and pass it off to the next person then we don't need middlemen. We just need the people who designed and manufactured whatever it is we are working on so we can get the proper answer from a licensed certified person. Maybe the people who deal in these automobile parts should be licened and certified in auto mechanics so that way they can give a better description and opinion to people when they ask questions. I like people with a real world experience someone who can give advice without making a definitive absolute resolution. Thank you
