I went to return the extra, I couldn't find my receipt but knew it was purchased under my phone number so they could look it up. I was told in this store that they could only look up warranty items for return. I won't be shopping with AutoZone again if I can help it.

I then spoke to another employee (possibly a supervisor) outside, and he immediately said they could do it. He went inside and asked the first employee to change the battery — and there were no other customers waiting. Thanks to the supervisor for stepping in and getting it done. Unfortunately, the first employee, Kyle B., came across as lazy and unwilling to help. This was very disappointing and not the level of service I expect from AutoZone.

I was at the Bardstown road location in Louisville KY in Fern Creek and it was raining cats and dogs! My wiper blades were not cutting it, so AutoZone to the rescue. Troy caught me as soon as I entered and asked me what I needed. " Just some wiper blades" I replied. Then I proceeded to the Book to look up my blade sizes. Troy stopped me right there and said he could look them up for me! Then he selected some and not only that, he installed them, in the rain!!! Look y'all, I can install wipers, but these days this kind of service is unheard of. Troy was so helpful and kind, the manager even came out to help! I took their photos and they said they didn't mind. Drop in and see how much Troy can help you!
