    Troy at AutoZone was awesome. He was super helpful, knew exactly what he was talking about, and made the whole process quick and easy. He actually took the time to help instead of rushing me, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and a solid guy all around—AutoZone is lucky to have him.

    The staff and manager at this store are the best. I purchased a battery in November 2025. This particular unit did not perform to anyone’s expectation. The battery was exchanged for like kind in January, and it performed well until the cold weather at the end of the month. The first weekend in February was extremely cold and the new unit failed too. The manager made a quick phone call and got approval to exchange the battery. I purchased originally for a higher grade longer warranty unit. Tara and the gang did not leave me OUT IN THE COLD. They explained my options and got me back in operation in just a few minutes.

    At another store their system said I need 4 quarts pf oil when it only really needed 2. I went to return the extra, I couldn't find my receipt but knew it was purchased under my phone number so they could look it up. I was told in this store that they could only look up warranty items for return. I won't be shopping with AutoZone again if I can help it.
