I have been there twice recently, and on both occasions she immediately knew what I was talking about almost before even asking the problem. Not only was she professional enough to know my issues quickly and effectively, she also walked out to my car and installed what I needed within 2 minutes. - GGGigFeb 2, 20265.0The staff and manager at this store are the best. I purchased a battery in November 2025. This particular unit did not perform to anyone’s expectation. The battery was exchanged for like kind in January, and it performed well until the cold weather at the end of the month. The first weekend in February was extremely cold and the new unit failed too. The manager made a quick phone call and got approval to exchange the battery. I purchased originally for a higher grade longer warranty unit. Tara and the gang did not leave me OUT IN THE COLD. They explained my options and got me back in operation in just a few minutes.
