Servicio que supuestamente es gratuito, pero de gran ayuda al que va buscando esta opinión. Bueno, el turno que me atendió, no lo hizo. Dos muchachas y un muchacho, las muchachas si estaban ocupadas pero el no, incluso me pregunto que que me hacía falta, en que me podía ayudar, cuando le digo que es, prácticamente me ignoro, prefirió tratar de pasarle la tarea a alguna de sus compañeras, que estaban ocupadas y literal, nadie me atendió. Muy disgustado salí de allí. Mi opinión, si un cliente va a buscar ayuda, deberían dársela por mas mínima que sea. Para eso va a buscarla allí, de lo contrario no fuera a ese lugar.

I asked for assist and quickly found out that there was only one English speaker and the rest of the staff only spoke Spanish. I wouldn’t have an issue but the women translated very horribly and her English wasn’t very good. So I wasn’t able to be help. I left completely disappointed. They help everyone else but me. The only thing I was able to understand was him shaking his head to deny me when he was helping all the other hispanics I felt like I was in a nail shop in the Asian ladies were talking about my feet. I knew nothing about what they were saying or what was going on. I just knew that they were not willing to help me for whatever reason.
- RSRichard SandersAug 29, 20251.0I understand we are trying to be equal and hiring anybody that wants to work but my interaction today with the people that work here the lady did not speak any English and when I tried to explain to her what I was looking for she got an attitude and then the manager got an attitude because I'm trying to explain to her what I need I'm looking for some wheel covers well nobody wanted to go back here and help me 2 manager standing outside when I left I told him to have a good day they won't have to worry about me coming back I no longer will shop here.
