  I’ve visited this location a few times before and usually the wait time is pretty decent. However, during this most recent visit, the experience was disappointing. The staff member who assisted me tried to help, but unfortunately, I was given incorrect information and wasn’t able to find what I was looking for. It was also difficult to locate items because things seemed unorganized, the bulbs were scattered and not in proper order, even though I was told the item hadn’t been stopped. That added to the frustration. Because of this experience, I probably won’t be returning unless it’s for something minor. I hope the organization and customer assistance improve in the future.

  Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I went to this AutoZone after finishing my work shift to get a battery test for my car. I asked one of the employees if they could install a new battery if I purchased it there, and she told me yes, so I asking for the service . I had to wait almost an hour with my 5 years old daughter for the only person who was trained to do the installation. When the guy finally arrived, he started complaining to his coworkers that it was too cold and that it wasn’t the right time for customers to come in asking for that service. He then told me I should go to a mechanic instead of AutoZone. That was very frustrating. I work long shifts as a nurse, sometimes 15+ hours, and I would never refuse to help someone because of the time or the weather. I truly love my profession, and I expect basic professionalism and respect in return. He even tried to send me to a nearby mechanic, saying they would charge me cheaper than buying the battery there and that he could “help me out” because it was commercial. That felt very unprofessional. After insisting several times, I decided to leave and go to another AutoZone location with better-trained staff. I asked for a jump start just to be able to leave. The experience at the other AutoZone on Poplar Level was completely different , 10/10 service. The staff was kind, professional, and the gentleman there replaced my battery without any issues. I hope the owner of this location becomes aware that this is not a spa or a food truck — customers deserve excellence, professionalism, and respect. The employee’s name was Lester, by the way.

  Excellent experience at AutoZone. The Assistant Store Manager, Andriel Noa, provided outstanding customer service. He helped me replace my car battery and windshield wipers, explaining everything clearly and making sure everything was working perfectly. Truly professional and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

  Excellent service! Roy Pulido who helped me change my car battery was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He took the time to explain everything, worked efficiently, and made sure the battery was installed correctly. I really appreciate his help and great customer service. Highly recommended!

  My mechanic told me that my muffler fuse was bad and he couldn't find my brand so I went there and they told me they had several in stock
