Worst experience I have ever had at AutoZone. I will never return. My family and friends wil go to O'Reilly's auto parts. I am sharing my experience all over social media. I went in to buy a battery. The girl was rude from the start. She did not know what she was doing. She checked my battery with a machine, I knew it was dead, then she asked me why it said the battery was charged but said it was bad. She couldn't figure out what battery i needed so I showed her on the screen. Turns out she had been there six days. After $250 they handed me a tool set. I asked if they were going to put it in for me. When we can get to it. The one person that could do it was changing someone's wiper blades. He failed three times with the wrong blades. He broke two . He finally gave up told the customer to have her husband do it. After over a half hour i asked when he could install my battery. He got angry and cussed at me while going back into the store. He clocked out and went home. Meanwhile the six day girl left. The whole time the manager, Tara, was more concerned about the garbage to be emptied. No help whatsoever. Didn't care and had a bad attitude as well. I changed the battery myself in the parking lot in 97 degrees and an heat index of 105 degrees. An hour and a half later i was done. The is the most disgusting retail customer service experience I have ever been exposed to in my life. I ran big box retail stores in my past. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!
The best part is the owner gives lip service to reviews. This owner does not deserve anyone's business. Don't support a business and owner like this one. He doesn't care and does nothing to change the business.
