- KRkenzie reichardtNov 12, 20251.0I went into this dixie hwy auto zone location today around 11 to 12 o’clock, i went in for a set a brake pads. there was this sweet girl in the front taking care of all the customers including myself. mind you she was by herself, i hear the manager the the back yelling at this young lady to answer phone calls. after about 10 minutes she finally comes out of the back of the store being rude to me, along with other customers there and on the phone. her name tag said bethany. yall need to get this lady out yalls store disrespecting costumers and your employees!!!!
