    I have used AutoZone for years, and haven’t had quite the issue until now. I bought the wrong filter, and went to return and exchange it same day. Employee at the register treated me with absolutely no respect, and wouldn’t process my return until I told his coworker what I done! I looked at his coworker and explained I bought the wrong filter. It was pouring rain outside late at night, I wasn’t in the business to be a part of this. His coworker looked at him funny, and sided with me, then proceeded to take my return and let me purchase the correct filter. I won’t be using Autozone for my needs anymore.
