  This new store when calling they rather place you on hold for long durations even when they are not busy- the GM Janine is not a nice person, very rude and shouldn’t be in the position she’s in-she’s the reason I will never go into an Advanced Auto again and take all my shops business elsewhere.

  Over the past few months, I have visited this location several times. I am delighted that it is conveniently located within five minutes of my residence. All previous visits have been satisfactory. However, today’s experience left me somewhat concerned. I arrived early, as the store opens at 9:00 AM on Sundays, and had to leave and return. This delay necessitated a bathroom break upon my return, where I was promptly greeted by three employees behind the counter. They inquired, “Is there anything we can help you with?” To my surprise, I had to urgently use the restroom simultaneously. One employee, an older gentleman, pointed to the back of the store, while the other, a younger gentleman, informed me that unfortunately, they do not have a public restroom. I frequently visit O’Reilly’s and AutoZone, both of which offer restroom facilities for their customers. I am perplexed as to why Advanced does not provide such an option. What particularly concerned me was the fact that both employees denied me the use of their facility after one of them pointed to the back of the store. I was the sole customer in the building, and it would have been relatively simple for them to accommodate my request. This experience has made me reconsider which companies I choose to support financially. I am disappointed by the lack of hospitality displayed by Advanced.

  This past Sunday, I made my second visit to this store. The first visit was fine. Store clean; employees polite. On this occasion, it was around 2pm. I came through the door and smiled warmly at the young man behind the counter. He glared at me with open hostility. I asked him where car covers were. He pointed. We couldn't find them. He then pointed to a different location. They were on the highest edge alongside the front of the store. As we stood there looking at them, we decided on one. I told the man we wanted to buy one. He walked away, I assumed, to get a ladder. Boy did he. He rolled it out, walked away, and went back to playing on his phone. I asked if we were allowed to use it, since the stair/ladder had yellow warning signs that customers weren't allowed. He kind of grunted that we could use it. I left there so shocked, kind of sad, and as the week goes by, kind of angry. I should also mention that the we are 51 and 58 years old. I shouldn't be on any ladder due to injuries from a car accident that have lingered. The store was gleaming clean. But the customer service left a lot to be desired.
