- KTKyle ThomasJan 21, 20201.0This review is specifically for the generation department. Ive never dealt with a customer service department so bent on not giving good customer service. I'd rather take linemans to my own teeth then take another phone call from them. I just got off the phone with one of their reps who yelled at me over the phone. The argument was over wether or not he told me a time for my service appointment. The reality is, I was never given a time. I was told Thomas would call to verify everything and give me a time. Which did not happen. So I call this morning trying to verify my appointment time and it was at 7:30 this morning. This is not the only instance in which I've had trouble with them. Do not leave a message for anyone. They won't call you back. Thomas is the only competent one in the department and even he won't call you back. Their customer service is incredibly bad. They just don't care. If you have any other choice, please use someone else for your generator services.

They do everything they can to keep prices low, they make things quick as possible, and they dont try to make the extra buck, and clock your money. I'm a O/O that lives in Louisville and this is where I go when my Cummins has a issue. Good place to be if you make it to them.
