During the install, the employee there broke the connector to my car battery terminal and refused to fix it. Maxwell at the St Matthew’s location fixed it free of charge. The service at this location was outstanding, especially compared to Portland avenue.

I had to wait for 5 minutes on an empty line and nobody came for help. Finally, I asked loud if I can be helped. The front desk guy on the phone said he is sorry but I could go to the self check out if I’m paying by card. I did pay but I have to carry my items because there is no plastic bag and nobody said thank you for your business. First and last time here.
