- JOJerry Ott3 days ago1.0I'm getting one star because this store doesn't seem to be considerate of its customers. I went there today to buy $200 worth of parts. A sudden urge to use the bathroom hit me, who told me " no public bathrooms". So, I said "no sale". I left. Well, advance Auto parts, thank you for the business you sent their way today. About 250 bucks. I hope someone in Corporate reads this. Also this will seriously affect my decisions in the future to do business with any AutoZone.

- AAAGRMar 21, 20261.0Zero stars for the 3940 Dixie Hwy Auto Zone - Worst location in the Louisville area. Dirty, unorganized, and unprofessional staff. Placed an online order around noon on Saturday 3/21 - never received an order ready confirmation. Drove to the store around 7pm, stood in line 25 minutes of which one of the cashiers never said he was closing the lines down to count his register - just left me standing there. I went to the aisle and picked my own order instead just to move this process along but he refused to cash me out, said I had to wait for the other cashier (who was outside collecting oil). I left, drove to the next Auto Zone location about 2 miles away (4801 Dixie Hwy), purchased what was needed and was out of that store in less than 5 minutes. Returned to the other location to cancel the online order at 8pm (order still not ready!) and was told I will need to come back the next day. This has been a repeated issue with this location - never again.

Talking about I need to treat him like a human because I didn’t ask him how he was doing. Kept repeating himself like he didn’t hear me request his help. Did not realize autozone required customers to be therapists for their employees.
