  I would like to file a complaint regarding a very unpleasant experience at “Atizan Auto Parts.” I simply asked when the money would be refunded to my card, but the employee responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. His tone was disrespectful, and he told me to leave the store without answering my question This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the business. It shows a lack of basic customer service and professionalism. I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure that no other customer is treated this way

  Went in for a battery and the guy working the counter claimed he had no inventory list to show what they had in stock…..? How does that work? If they’re a company they sells batteries, how would they not know how about a battery. He was beyond unhelpfull.
