Who we assume to be the manager took the time to make a teaching moment in the most positive way. He also made what looked to be a young new driver so comfortable to drive in even though she was so nervous. 10/10

Not only did they take care of my oil change, but they took care of everything else my vehicle needed including changing out my headlamp bulbs. This would have been a tremendous charge from the competition, but Wayne and his team took care of me just because it was included with my service! What a team, what an experience, essentially a "Woooooo" moment for me and the team! As I left I honked the horn in excitement of the savings the team provided me. Thanks again to Wayne and the team for making this oil change & Valvoline is "The best thing going today!"

I was very anxious and nervous when I first arrived and stressed about my issue and the person was FANTASTIC and reassuring. Give the entire crew a raise and an all expenses paid vacation because they were wonderful. Would come here again without a doubt and recommend everyone I know as well.
- DPDennis PartinOct 17, 20251.0They over filled my oil so I went back to have them take it out ( because over filling can cause damage) they did it after arguing about it, but at my next oil change I decided not to use them and took it to my mechanic. The drain plug was extremely tight and the oil filter was so tight that they ended up removing it in pieces! I went back to talk to the manager and he was the rudest person !
