- SSScott SFeb 15, 20261.0I have two memberships for both my vehicles. I'm canceling both. Before you could get through pretty quick. Even if there is a line. Now, for whatever reason. They wait until the car in front of you is practically halfway through. Before they let the next car go through. So, now the lane for all three lanes is back to the street. I'm not waiting an hour just to get a car wash. So, I'll go back to the car wash in Corbin. Or just start washing them myself.
- CBChristi BengeFeb 13, 20261.0When I first started my membership it was great, was quick getting through and did an amazing job cleaning the car, now it will take 45mins to get through and doesn’t clean the car very good and the tire cleaning at the end never is working or only does half of one wheel. The last time I washed my car bugs and dirt was still on it and had to clean it off myself. Today I have been setting in line for over 45mins and the bad part is once your in line you have to set there cause cars are behind you and beside you in the other lines. Also the membership line doesn’t move, you will be setting all day, fixing to cancel my membership!
