  I had a good experience at first but then things started to become ridiculous. If ever a service was needed on the truck I was asked to bring it back to London although I already knew enterprise has National accounts with service providers and should had been able to be addressed anywhere. I was out in Kansas and noticed a heavy coolant leak and notified Spencer immediately. He told me to bring the truck back to London kY when I can. I told him it wouldn’t make it back without needing lots of coolant and he just ignored the problem from there on out. I had to reach out to another enterprise location in Columbia MO that told me where to take the truck nearby, so I did and the shop fixed it within 20 minutes. The guy Spencer in London would rarely answer the phone but insisted on texting knowing I’m driving and can’t text. After having the truck over two months Spencer text me and told me that I would basically have to cut my needed miles in half to continue renting. This was never discussed prior and was no where in the contract. He sent me my last amount due via text when I asked for an invoice to be emailed and the amount he sent I am in disagreement with and I insist on needing an itemized invoice to be sent to me. There’s a lot more problems that I encountered and endured while renting from this location but will exhaust those issues elsewhere.

  I have only good things to say about the London, Ky Enterprise. I have rented from them many times, often spur of the moment requests. The employees are always courteous and knowledgeable. They work hard to put me in a vehicle I need and want. Those vehicles are always clean, reliable, well maintained, and reasonably priced. I am completely satisfied with the service I have received there.
