I sat for 5 hours in 37 degrees waiting for them to bring me a replacement 80ish miles away. I was in the road way. But instead of using 2 tow companies. They used just one and one truck. Time they dispatched the tow company. Then the time for him to finished with his current tow. Deal with the pick up st an airport and all that entailed. Then the drive to me nearly 5 hours had passed. Not a happy person

- KDKyra DraperNov 22, 20251.0Absolutely horrible. Me and my dad were trying to rent a car to go pick up my brother from BASIC/AIT graduation. Our pick up was scheduled for 1 o’clock. We showed up at 10:30. The seller there never gave a name, but he was extremely rude and cocky. He told us the card we were going to use wouldn’t work, but they took chime credit. We went to a bank to open up an account just for this. We then come back, realizing we had chime credit, but the virtual one. He tells us they don’t take that one and sends us back to the bank. We have to wait for the card to activate. The card activates, I CHECK IN ONLINE and we go back. We start to get the car and he mentions the $300 hold. He told us this around 12:45 and sent us BACK to the bank which was now closed, we had to run to the nearest Walmart and put the $300 on the card there. We head back to Enterprise, it’s now exactly 1:00, the time our pick up was scheduled. We pass him leaving right at one. He was absolutely horrible, lacked any sense of human decency and needs to be fixed. Shame on enterprise. I will never recommend or use this place, EVER.
