  This was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! We can’t say enough nice things about this Camping World location. Roman went above and beyond to find exactly what we needed in a camper — he was knowledgeable, patient, and truly attentive throughout the entire process. Mick and the whole finance team were exceptional and worked hard to find us a great deal while making everything seamless and stress-free. Their service department was also top-notch, professional, and incredibly helpful. We highly recommend this team to anyone looking for an outstanding camper-buying experience!

  We recently had our air conditioning unit and roof liner replaced by Camping World in London, KY. Once we took the vehicle home, we identified several discrepancies. Camping World's mobile technician initially came to our residence and addressed these concerns. However, a screen was missing from the bathroom vent. The technician disassembled the unit, removed some components, and stated he would return with the correct parts. After two weeks without communication, my husband contacted Camping World. The technician subsequently returned with the missing screen, which was unexpectedly located. We discussed the situation, and as he was departing, my husband expressed that the initial work should have been completed accurately, noting the significant repair cost. The Camping World technician Andrew, then remarked that the cost was covered by our insurance, not by us, implying that the payer was relevant not us the owners. Regardless who paid, Camping World received payment for the services rendered. My husband subsequently made the decision to sell the camper. A prospective buyer asked about the air conditioning and heating systems. We told them that these systems should be working fine, as Camping World had recently replaced the air conditioning unit and thermostat. While the air conditioning unit worked as expected, the heating system failed to engage. The prospective buyer and my husband attempted to diagnose the issue, but ultimately, the buyer left without purchasing the RV. The following morning, we contacted a highly-rated local RV repair service in Somerset, KY. The technician who arrived was exceptionally professional. During his inspection of the heating and air conditioning systems, he discovered that the wiring was incorrect and that a freeze sensor had not been installed at all. After re-wiring the system according to a wiring diagram, the heating unit functioned perfectly. He also installed the freeze sensor in its proper location, which should have been done when the new unit was initially installed by Camping World's technician. We are very satisfied with the R&R mobile technician's expertise, which contrasted sharply with the technician from Camping World in London who performed the original installation. My husband contacted Daniela at Camping World of the incident and the amount paid to the local technician. We requested a refund for the improper wiring and absent components. She indicated that she would notify the service manager, who would then contact me. We have yet to receive any communication from the Camping World service manager regarding the amount we paid due to the improper wiring and missing parts. In my opinion the A/C wasn't wired properly and they intentionally left out a crucial part, so we would have to take the camper back to Camping World to get it fixed again and they would charge us again or our insurance company.

  The worst experience I've ever had with any business. I bought a hot water heater from them which worked for less then 24 hours. They refused to allow me to return it for a refund saying that I had failed to purchase a repair warranty. Also that it was their policy to not allow returns on electrical items once they were opened, which they didn't inform me at the time of purchase. At the time of purchase they did ask if I wanted to purchase a extended warranty plan which I declined, they never once informed me of their return or repair policies.

  Love shopping with Samantha. She's very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the best way to re seal my roof on my Cougar. She's always telling me about new models and trying to keep me informed toward a future purchase. She also helped direct my parents on how to get their roof replaced after a wreck. She got me in touch with the techs and they fixed it better than new. Love her greeting smile and kind demeanor. She's my pick when it comes to shopping for Campers in London!
