  The young salesman named Zach is awesome. Super friendly, very helpful and just down to earth. Keep him. Some of the others was not so friendly but that young man would help and talk to everyone. He was informative but not pushy. We really liked that young man.

  Paid $3,000 for tires to be packed, seals touched up and the roof to have elastameric coated on. We were expecting a professional job. This is the mess they made. It’s not evenly coated and they got it on two of my AC units and the sides look like my 7 yr old painted them. It wasn’t ready when promised either. Yes, it’s on the top where you can’t see most of the time, but I wanted it done correctly and nearly. On the sides you can also see.

  We purchased a Gulf Stream Enlighten in August of 2025 and never used it until March of this year. Our first trip out we hooked up the water and water started pouring out of the water heater. We took it in because it was still under warranty and the claim was denied. A sticker on the door stated already winterized however Camping World denied responsibility even though they didn't inform us that it was no longer winterized after delivery. Now we have a camper we can't use !!!!!!! We have taken pictures of the door and are going to have to take them to court. Do not waste your time or money with them. We talked to a lawyer and he advised us to file a small claims case against them.

  Looked at 2 units made what I feel was a respectable offer on 1 unit and stated open for negotiations , offer was declined which was no big deal but Representative did not attempt to counter or offer another unit in the price range that was offered therefore was left feeling dealer did not need my business

  Put a deposit on a rv came back and purchased 2 days later paid in full been trying for 3 weeks to get the deposit back after being told I would receive it in 3 days at the time of purchase. When rv was delivered floor was full of water, microwave doesn’t work, refrigerator doesn’t get cold enough for freezer to freeze. Called to tell them and they want over $300 just to drive here to look at it, plus whatever they would charge for fixing it. Will never buy from them again
