  There's literally no benefit for having a membership. You still have to sit in the same line as everybody else who wants to pay ,That doesn't have a membership, and you're sitting there forever. Sometimes, because there's only one person jumping between the terminals where you pay. And then half the time, the vacuums aren't working. And if they are working the tops fall off, so you have to keep holding it together to continue to vacuum. And lots of time bird poop, or just dirt in general is still on my car when I leave. I have literally had a membership since it used to be called time to shine. That's how long it's been, and I swear it's just keeps going downhill. Literally makes me want to get rid of my membership. Fick continues at this rate. I definitely will because there's no benefit.

  Went into this car wash, thinking I was going to get a premium wash for my Audi A3. I went through. I heard a grinding noise on my wheel and felt it on my wheel I get out of my car after the car wash. My wheels are ruined. Scratches swirls on my paint rims are ruined. Have curb rash looks like I was driving on a curb half my life. I am beyond mad.I just got this car and my wheels are already ruined. I hope zips makes us right when after I made that claim if they don’t, I will forever not go here or ever. Suggest anybody go here.

  Awesome staff. Jacob & Matt went above & beyond! Free vacuums that work great with no time limit! Free cleaning spray and wet towells too! Wash worked great. I also needed a printed reciept for taxi purposes & jacob printed one off in the office 4 me! Ill be back! 10 stars out of 5

  I came through with about 5 inches of ice that I cannot get off myself. Jacob helped me get it off, Was extremely courteous and professional. I will definitely be driving to this side of town to visit this location from now on.
