  This place is horrible!!! Poor service! Horrible cleaning!!! If I could put 0 stars I would!! I had damage to my vehicle at one of the zips and it has been since November trying to get it taken care of. Do not go here!!

  I just had the absolutely most ridiculous service I’ve possibly ever received at this car wash. I came thought to get the exterior clean and clean the interior of my car, but did not feel comfortable even staying to clean the interior. When I first selected my wash and paid, service was great and the man who took my payment method was friendly. The man directing cars, however, had the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Now, let me preface by saying I know that you need to be loud in order for cars to hear you but this is NOT what this was. I’ve gone through this car wash and others in the past with 0 issues. This man’s directions made no sense and he was motioning for me to come towards him but acted aggravated, rolling his eyes and throwing his hands up (which gave me NO direction). Then, he very loudly and with attitude SCREAMED “back up” followed by a huge eye roll and an enormous amount of attitude. I backed up, fully in shock, and eventually made my way to us being close enough to interact. He looked at me in my eyes and rolled his and then started clapping his hands at me and staring me down. I have never felt so humiliated or uncomfortable in any customer capacity interaction EVER. I don’t know this man’s name, but he was directing cars at this location at 5:49 P.M. I tried reaching out to corporate offices to report this incident but there’s no direct line or way to reach out to them. I am horrified and so embarrassed by this interaction. Please find better employees.

  The manager was very rude. Vacuums barely work and I ended up with multiple scratches on the hood of my vehicle.

  Zips, what are you doing? Employees were great, everything else sucks. The wash itself never gets what you need it to. Half the vacuums don’t work. The towels are always wet, and now this time around they have taken away every single spray bottle. The prices keep going up as they take away more and more. This is not how you run a business. It’s sad to how businesses only care about profit, not the customer experience or quality of their product, zips is the perfect example bolded and highlighted for everyone to see. I’ve been coming here for a while and I’m done. Get your business together zips, seriously disappointing!

  Absolutely horrible! The wash never gets the back of the car. I’ve had a membership since it first opened; until today. I’ve had it after years of hoping they will improve their facilities. The suction on the vacuums is worse than my kitchen countertop crumb vacuum. Only half of the vacuums are actually functioning but they are “not allowed” to put an out of service sign, per “company policy.” Being told that the “vacuums are free” is laughable, because you can’t just drive off the street to vacuum your car and you sure as hell couldn’t charge for that garbage. Don’t waste your money!
