  Amazing group of men working at this location. Came in for an oil change and they ended up helping correct all of my lighting issues. Very patient and very kind. Thank you so much gentleman. ☺️

  I have videos of the crew saying they took my skid plate off, swearing they didn’t and saying they did again to find out they took the access panel off and replaced it upside down with several bolts missing. This was a horrible experience and I would advise anyone from going there.not to mention I had to replace all bolts. They said they would open a claim and make it right, a week later and nothing! I have videos of them confused not knowing what was done. For 125$, you should know and know you did it right!

  Got an oil change and had my windshield wipers. Changed out. Everyone was very friendly. That's why I still choose the valvoline over any other place.

  After handing me a receipt stating they had checked my tire pressures and they were correct I noticed my dashboard side one tire was 10 psi lower , I asked the employee about it , he said it probably just took a minute for my sensors to update but he would check tire again if wanted. He came back and said I had a damaged valve stem and they couldn’t fix that there ( after letting another 10 psi out) , I totally understand that , but if I hadn’t have asked him they were going to send me on my way with one tire 20 PSI lower than the rest without telling me . That is dangerous ! They should not have stated on my receipt that all tires were filled to correct amount . Will not be visiting another valvoline.

  I had a great experience at this Valvoline location. The team was very considerate, polite, and patient throughout my visit. They completed my oil change efficiently and even took the time to look at a leak I was having and were able to help slow it down. I truly appreciate their professionalism and customer service. I always come to this Valvoline and would definitely recommend this location to others.
