I had a service tech come look at my tires, telling me nothing was wrong. Then a supervisor came and just said my “tires were dry rotted” and tried to sell me new tires, seeing I was alone, once I called my dad the supervisor stopped trying to sell me new tires. I ended up just driving home afterwards to have my dad look at it, and I ended up having a 2 inch RUSTY NAIL in my tire. I felt extremely taken advantage of by these employees. Just because I’m a college girl doesn’t mean you can ignore the issue I’m presenting to attempt to get me to buy tires. I’m very lucky I even made it home. Absolutely horrible service. If you’re a college girl, please just don’t go here. They could care less about what you need and just what your wallet can offer. If anything go to a different location.
