  I wont be back unless the manager is there,Joey Keys. I came back because of how well he took care of me last time. Gave me a great deal last time. Tires, brakes and rotors all included. This time he wasn't there. I wasn't too impressed. They were all nice to me but very sales oriented. I paid twice as much as I did last time and didnt even get as good as tires as last time. I found a better deal after I left. I spent way more than I needed too.

  My family was traveling from Washington DC back to Oklahoma when they had a tire blowout. I called the guys at the Lexington TireDiscounters since it was close to where they had a blowout and asked if they could get them in. The looked up the car to make sure they had the right tires in place and got them in. We communicated by phone on what service to get and when my family arrived they went right to work. They treated my wife and kids fantastic and even gave them a great restaurant idea while they waited. They got them new tires, alignment and oil change all in about an hour and a half and back on the road. I am very thankful to the respectful high quality service they received at their store. Thanks!

  These are real humans, who remember, who care and you can trust to do the right thing, even when you aren't paying as much as the guy next to you. Single females - this is safe place to come get your car serviced!! If you want to know why the details are as followed: I was recommended this place from several people in my office (3 out of the first 3 people I asked told me to go to this location specifically). I needed new tires, but it turns out I also needed breaks and rotors. (Like 1mm left on the breaks, really ridiculous that I have never thought to check those). I believe they gave me a great price, and I was in and out (on a Thursday) in a couple hours. I got a free oil change with 4 tires, so I came back when I was due for it about 2 months later. I had an appointment on a Saturday, went to go get lunch and when I came back a couple hours, it hadn't even been pulled in yet. I couldn't wait, so I had to to schedule a new appointment come back the next week. The manager looked REALLY embarrassed and disappointed, but told me he'd make sure that it would not happen again. When I came back the following weekend, I got there about 9am. They open at 8am and I could see they had cars piling up. He held an open spot for me, and got me out in like 30 minutes for an oil change, tire pressure, alignment, and new windshield wipers. So quick that my car was done before I was even sat at Wild Eggs. I don't judge a place on one offs, I judge them on how they respond to and fix mistakes. You can tell by how the manager handled this that they really do strive to be the best, and are willing to course correct and bend over backwards to fix things when they don't meet the threshold. You can tell excellence is their norm, so the mistakes stick out and they won't let it go until it's right.
