  I have taken my BMW here a few times. They are always courteous, professional and efficient. Today I waited for my car and got to experience how they treated a variety of clients. Always polite. Always professional. They are very reasonably priced and I wouldn’t take my BMW anywhere else!

  Took my 03 Mercedes CLK55 AMG to Stuttgart Motors BROADWAY because my whole car failed and wouldn’t drive. The technicians there got me all fixed up, with the problem actually being within my seat module. Great people, good pricing, timely service. They have my business for my vehicle needs! And the owner, Chris, is great!

  I rolled into Stuttgart Motors in my Land Rover Defender sounding like it had just finished a world tour with a heavy metal band—clanking, squealing, and making noises I’m pretty sure aren’t listed in the owner’s manual. Not only did they not laugh me out of the parking lot, Chris somehow diagnosed the issue in about 5 minutes flat. I was fully prepared for the classic “we’re gonna need to keep it for a few days” speech, but nope—these folks got to work immediately like a pit crew at the Indy 500 (minus the fire suits, but still impressive). Chris explained everything in a way that didn’t make me feel like I needed a mechanical engineering degree, and even showed me the problem without using phrases like “flux capacitor” or “engine ghosts,” which I appreciated. Best part? My Defender now runs so smoothly I briefly considered apologizing to it for all the things I said on the drive over. Fast, honest, and somehow made car trouble a pleasant experience, which feels illegal, but I won’t question it. 10/10 would trust them again with my noisy metal child.

  My wife and I took our Volvo to Stuttgart on Broadway because it had been overheating. Stuttgart misdiagnosed the problem multiple times. They held the car for 10 weeks without providing any updates. (We tried to be patient and give them time but after not hearing anything for 10 weeks, we ended up calling them to ask what was going on.) They replaced a bad water pump (per our request) then took the new water pump back off without our consent. They charged us a tow fee that they said would be covered under warranty. The last diagnosis we got from them was that a cylinder head needs to be replaced. We got a second opinion and the other auto shop told us that the cylinder heads are fine. The final straw was this: They printed an invoice for replacing the water pump. When they found out that we took the car to another shop (for a second opinion) they modified the invoice to say that they put the pump on "for testing purposes" and removed it. (There was nothing about "testing" or "removing" the water pump on the original, paid invoice.) Needless to say, I cannot recommend this place.
