- BIBrent IlerMar 23, 20265.0I am so very happy with the work that this body shop did for our van from start to finish! Brittany, at the desk, was very considerate, knowledgeable and efficient. She made sure I was guided through the process making sure I had everything I needed, including not forgetting my garage door opener! Tyler was my estimator. He did a wonderful job! He looked at my car where it had been damaged from an accident and walked me through what needed to be done for the repair. He was very kind, considerate, patient and knowledgeable. He also repaired a spot on my hood that I had gotten cabinet paint on-and did not charge me for his time, but did it as a courtesy (a service I was willing to pay for). I received text messages as well as phone calls throughout the process to update me on the process. They even washed my car before I picked up so I would have a clean car. I am very, very pleased with the staff and work done and would give it 10 stars if I could. Shout out to Tyler and Brittany specifically for such a pleasant experience in a difficult situation. They have my future business for any needs going forward.
