  Had a nail in my rear tire on a trip to Gatlinburg. They had me back on the road in 40 minutes and very reasonably priced. Nice Job folks!!

  They straight up stole an item from my car. It was a stupid novelty eject button but still. Me and my spouse are literally the only two people who have ever been in my car, we leave the car here and now a little thing that brought me joy is gone. They will keep your car forever and steal from you apparently.

  I having problems with putting gas in my car it keeps cutting off and coming out but my tank is not full so Ken Towery told me it was a purge valve so they claimed they put a new one in but the problem is still there and I paid over 200 hundred dollars for that and .I took it back now they trying to tell me it something else and want to charge me over a thousand dollars but take off two hundred dollars. But I'm not going to keep giving you money and you guessing. So I took it to dealership and the Same thing Ken Towery told me and trying to charge a thousand dollars they told me a price two times lesser. So I feel like Ken Towery trying to get over on me won't get no more money from me. I'm done

  They are amazing people. Parts prices can be a little higher, but the their service and attentiveness is great. I would definitely recommend them. Also get my other vehicle’s oil changed and they do report the maintenance to car fax so that make my life so much easier than having to keep up receipts or having to go to the dealer to prove that the car was properly maintained.
