  Waited over 30 minutes for tire patch that was grossly overpaid for 3 diff labor service charged when any other tire place patches for free in under 15mins. Would have waited longer because nobody came to inform when it was done without asking myself

  Nick delivered for me today. He was able to work me in on short notice to put a set of tires on my sons 4 Runner before he left on a cross country trip to Texas. I was very much relieved to know my son would be driving on a new set of tires opposed to tires with plugs. Shout out to Nick for excellent customer service it truly was customer service at its finest. Give this man a raise!!

  Had an appointment for one new tire at 5pm. Showed up at 4:50pm and was astonished honestly, was asked to get my own License, VIN & mileage to speed up the process. My vehicle was not taken into the bay until 6pm, even with an appointment. Tyler was the ONLY tech on site working which explained the major delay. He deserves a raise for his hard work and customer service. Overall the experience deserves a 1.5-2 stars but I bumped it up solely because of the good experience I had from Tyler. I would NOT recommend this business unless you are dropping the vehicle off and picking it up the next day. Low staffed, not customer focused and office is unaware of online appoinments.

  Nick was wonderful! This is the first time I have been to Ken’s and I will be back! They worked with me, were honest, recommended truthfully, and got me in and out! I had a really great experience and highly recommend going to Ken Towery’s by Kroger in the Meadowthorpe area-they really take care of you (and my son too!)! The “facilities” were clean, probably the cleanest shop I have ever seen as well! The man who worked on my car was also nice! I’ll be back for sure! Thank you all again! You were wonderful and I truly appreciate you and your services! It was so incredible!
